Adrián is a lawyer specialized in business counseling, with a focus on corporate law, real estate and natural resources. His experience includes advising and managing contractual and corporate matters with a focus on business development and structuring.
Before joining Estudio Barreiro, Adrián developed his career in CABA law firms and in the financial sector as in-house counsel of a digital bank. Most recently, he served as Corporate Affairs Manager at an Australian-owned lithium mining company, where he worked on the management of relations with the state and the negotiation of private agreements. His experience includes drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, advising on M&A processes, tenders, and regulatory compliance in various sectors.
