He has over 17 years of experience in Corporate Law. He has focused on the infrastructure, construction, oil and gas, mining and energy sectors, and advises local and multinational corporations on large-scale projects.
PROFILE
Ricardo advises clients, contractors, sponsors and financiers in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts for a wide range of projects, both public and private. He has extensive experience in advising clients in resolving and preventing conflicts, even during litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He also provides advice on project management and risks.
Ricardo also has extensive experience in mining, oil and gas, and especially regulatory, securities and environmental risk matters. He advises clients on matters related to financing, commercial agreements (associative agreements and joint operations, options, purchase and sale of areas and concessions, royalties and guarantees) and other agreements pertaining to these sectors.
He advises on aspects related to the generation of electricity, particularly the renewable energy sector, including obtaining permits and licenses, securing opportunities and projects (private or government), rents, usufructs and land purchases, agreements of energy supply and other commercial agreements, associative and construction contracts, which allows it to address the challenges of a commercial and regulatory environment that is constantly changing at the national level.

For over 18 years, Nicolás has advised foreign and local investors in the development of their businesses in Argentina, including start-up, planning, negotiation and closing of mergers and acquisitions processes, as well as the structuring of purchase-sale, distribution and agency contracts.
In his usual practice, Nicolás also advises clients in project finance transactions, in structured operations and the financing of imports and exports.
PROFILE
Nicolás advises and represents foreign companies in their process of installation and incorporation of subsidiary companies and branches in Argentina, by accompanying them in their registration process and in obtaining permits, as well as in the management and coordination of their daily operations. In his practice of Commercial Law, Nicolás advises and represents clients in the negotiation and conclusion distribution and agency contracts, financing agreements, and in the granting of guarantees, license agreements and supply agreements, as well as in other commercial contracts such as pledge agreements, service agreements, manufacturing agreements, etc.

Prior to working at the Estudio, Lucía worked in front line studies in Argentina.
Currently, she works advising local and international clients in the development of their businesses. Lucia works on Corporate Law, companies and contracts in general. Within the technology team, Lucía advises clients on e- commerce matters, contracts and licenses, personal data protection, start-up and financing processes. In the Energy and Natural Resources team, Lucía helps clients in mining issues, including regulatory and commercial aspects, and matters related to the generation of conventional and renewable energy.
